Driving the thriving is our CSA and the primary reason we come together every two weeks to celebrate. We are definitely pushing the envelope on the old restaurant model of doing things. You’ll find changing menus, never before eaten seasonality combinations, soil driven creativity, plus other goings-on about to emerge.
